Delete Your Dotties Account

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data using either method below:

Method 1: Instant In-Game Deletion (Recommended)

1. Open the Dotties app on your device.
2. Tap the Settings gear icon.
3. Navigate to Account → Delete Account.
4. Confirm your choice. Your Firebase account authentication, cloud save file, friend code, public profile card, and social links will be permanently deleted immediately.

Method 2: Email Request (Without App Installed)

If you have already uninstalled the game, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

Please send the email from the address associated with your Google or email-link sign-in, or provide your in-game Friend Code (e.g., DOT-XXXXX). We will permanently erase your profile and records within 30 days and confirm via email.

Important Notes

• Local Worlds: Worlds stored locally on your device are removed when you clear app data or uninstall the application.
• Purchase Records: Financial transaction records are retained independently by Google Play, Apple App Store, and RevenueCat as required by applicable tax, accounting, and anti-fraud laws.
