Terms of Use

These Terms of Use cover Dotties: Tiny God Sandbox ("the game"), made by Atil Ihsan Yali ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

1. App Store and Google Play

• Apple devices: if you got the game from the App Store, your licence to use it is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms add the game's own rules on top of it; where the two differ, the Standard EULA wins.
• Android devices: if you got the game from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply to your download and purchases.

2. Playing the Game

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial fun. You start as a guest; signing in with Apple, Google or an email link is optional and only backs up your progress and unlocks friends. Please keep your sign-in method safe: anyone using it can play as you.

3. Stardust, Faith and Other Virtual Items

• Stardust, faith, hats, wardrobe items and other in-game goods are a limited licence to use inside the game. They have no real-world value and can't be sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for money.
• Stardust packs and the 30-Day Blessing are consumable: once delivered they are used up and can't be restored. One-time bundles (Starter Bundle, Celestial Bundle) stay with your Apple ID or Google account and come back with Restore purchases in the Shop.
• All prices are shown by the App Store or Google Play before you pay, and the store handles the payment.

4. The 30-Day Blessing Is Not a Subscription

The 30-Day Blessing is a single, one-time purchase. It gives you 300 stardust right away and 40 more stardust with your daily gift on each of the next 30 days you claim it. It never renews and never charges you again. Buying it again simply adds another 30 days. There is nothing to cancel.

5. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds follow their rules: use reportaproblem.apple.com on Apple devices or your Google Play order history on Android. Nothing in these terms takes away any right to a refund that the law gives you.

6. Community Rules

Usernames, god names and friend features are seen by other players, so everyone has to keep them kind. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players. Don't use names or send anything that is hateful, sexual, violent, bullying or harassing, that impersonates someone else, or that shares anyone's personal details.

• Usernames are filtered, and you can block or report any player from their card in the Friends list.
• We review every report within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or delete the accounts behind it, without notice.

7. Fair Play

Please don't cheat, hack, exploit bugs, automate play, interfere with our servers or other players, or copy, modify or reverse engineer the game, except where the law allows it. If you find a bug, tell us at greensellcontact@gmail.com and we'll fix it.

8. Younger Players

Dotties is made to be family-friendly. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please play with a parent or guardian's permission. Purchases always go through the store account holder; parents can control them with Apple's Ask to Buy or Google Play's purchase approvals.

9. Changes and Online Features

We keep improving the game, so content, balance and features may change. Online features (cloud backup, friends, gifts and skirmishes) depend on our servers and may be changed or ended; the game itself keeps working on your device. If we change these terms we will update the date above, and big changes will be announced in the game.

10. Ending

You can stop playing at any time and delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account or with our Account Deletion Guide. We may suspend or end access for players who break these terms.

11. Warranty and Liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be error-free or online, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses, or for loss of virtual items or progress. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
